How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item as soon as possible.
